Med Ball Cleans (20/14#)
Knee To Elbow-Toe to Bar-Pull Up
KettleBell Swings (53/35#)
Wall Ball Sit Up (14/10#)
Partners rotate each minute, clock does not stop. After 5 min, 1 min rest and repeat! Score is based on total reps AND calories rowed!
