Oh I have a feeling that tomorrow's workout is going to be FABULOUS! But for now, let's kick Tuesday's BUTT! 
Warm Up:
Group Stretches 

2 Rounds 
Row 200m
10 Power Cleans (45#)
10 Front Squats (45#)

Lift:
Back Squats! 
5-5-5-5-5   Warm Up with 3-3-3 then go for heavy 5 rep! 

WOD:
AMRAP in 15 Min 
Row 300m
12 Wall Balls (20/14#)
15 Box Jumps (24/20")
4 HSPU
