Happy Monday!
It's going to be such a great week! Don't forget to wear GREEN on Thursday or you may have extra burpees!!

Warm Up:
Run 1mile
3 Rounds
8 Burpee Broad Jumps
10 Air Squats
5 DB Snatch 20/15# each arm)


Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

Group core work after wod :)

**We will be scaling bar muscle ups with bands... or chest to bar pull ups, or jumping pull ups! Have a awesome day, see you all soon!
