Running club... 6:45am! Remember you can run as far as ya like! We just know if you run with others it's much more fun!

CrossFit  WOD 8am!

Workout may look something like this...

Partner (cause it's much for fun that by yourself)

Run 400m
80 Wall Balls 20/14# (if the ball hits the ground both partners do 5 burpees
Run 200m
80 Push Press 95/65# (if bar touches the ground both partners do 5 burpees
Run 200m
Farmer carry (70/53# KB) (end of building and back/both partners)
Run 200m
4 Sled Pull (end of building and back) switch at end of building... partner runs backwards
Run 200m
200 Sit Ups (partner hold plank while other partner does sit ups )
Run 400m
