Workout may look something like this...
Partner (cause it's much for fun that by yourself)
Run 400m
80 Wall Balls 20/14# (if the ball hits the ground both partners do 5 burpees
Run 200m
80 Push Press 95/65# (if bar touches the ground both partners do 5 burpees
Run 200m
Farmer carry (70/53# KB) (end of building and back/both partners)
Run 200m
4 Sled Pull (end of building and back) switch at end of building... partner runs backwards
Run 200m
200 Sit Ups (partner hold plank while other partner does sit ups )
Run 400m
