Well... 16.4 wasn't exactly my fav... Fingers crossed 16.5 is yoga poses! :)

80's NIGHT is this FRIDAY! Dinner first at Acapulco 7pm. I need a head count for reservations! WOO HOO!!!!

**I know, I know... 2 miles of RUNNING... "what is Nikki thinking??!!!" Get in here, don't avoid this workout, you can scale it or go slow... if you skip.. I'll find you :)
