Even better... Nikki's Coaching tonight! WOO!!! Come make up your own workout for open gym, practice handstand walks, lift your little heart out, or just hang out!

Warm Up:
 EMOM for 6 Min of:
5 Hang Cleans
5 Shoulder Press (strict)
3 Burpee Pull ups

3 Rounds for time:
Run 800m
50 Sit Ups
50 Back Ext
