Who's Ready for 45 Burpees today!??

Did you get to watch any of the CrossFit Games this weekend? Super inspiring! Time to get in the gym and WORK HARD! 
Warm Up:
2 Rounds
Row 300m
10 Air Squats 
30 Mountain Climbers
30 Sec hand hold From pull Up bar 

Lift:
Push Press
1-1-1-1-1 
Jerk 
1-1-1-1-1 

WOD:
6 Rounds for time of:
10 Box Jumps (24/20")
10 Slam Balls (20/15#) 

**It's going to be a HOT week! Make sure to hydrate well, and don't skip workouts! We won't be doing anything crazy like Murph or anything :)
