Partner A: Hand from Pull Up Bar
Partner B: 20 Walking Lungs (holding weight overhead 25/15# plate)
Switch and Repeat
Both partners Run 200m
**Partner MUST HOLD Position the whole time! No Cheating!
**Next week Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday No 6 & 7 am classes. All other classes normal schedule!
