We are closed Monday for LABOR DAY! BUT.... meet us down at Bolsa Chica State Beach at 8am for a little run/workout! We will jog a little then knock out a few rounds of a body weight wod... then jog some more! Bring your friends and kids and let's have a fun beach workout!
