Warm Up:
3 Rounds
Run 200m
10 Walking Lunges (each leg)
15 Sit Ups

For Time:
20 Pistols (total)
45 Front Squats (95/65#)
35 Toes to Bar
25 Jerk (95/65#)
35 Toes to Bar
45 Front Squat
20 Pistols
**No Rack, pistols may need to be scaled to a box, or old on to the rig. RX will be very tough to get today!

**Wednesday and Thursday this week there is NO 6 &7am morning class. All other classes open!
***This Friday Aug 12th there is NO AM CLASSES! Afternoon open as usual.
**Next week Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday No 6 & 7 am classes. All other classes normal schedule!
