1 Hang Power Clean 
2 Front Squat

**Once you start, there is no putting the bar down. After the third deadlift you must go right into hang power clean, then directly into front squat! 

3 Rounds for Time of:
20 OH Plate Sit Ups (25/15#)
12 Power Snatch (95/65#)
100FT Walking Lunges 
100Ft Broad Jumps
