5 Hang Snatch (45/35#)
Lift:
Push Press
3-3-3-3-3
warm up without using the 5 sets of 3, then try for a 3 rep max
WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
30 Box Jumps (24/20")
30 Wall Balls (20/14")
