Here's to Friday! Remember 4-7pm is open gym at Recoil. Go work on a lift, make up a workout of all your fav things, or try a workout you've missed! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
2 Min on Assault Bike 
10 Push Ups 
2 Wall Climbs 

6 Rounds for time of:
5 Clean and Jerks (155/105#)
10 Toes To Bar
Rest 30 Seconds 

**These rounds are all out! Try to beat your time each round, rest is included in overall time!
