10 Jump Squats 

Lift:
 Bench Press 
5-10-10-10-10-5 (95/65#)
Slow and controlled tempo for reps 
Use the 5 reps for warm up and cool down

WOD:
AMRAP in 15 Min of:
Row 250m 
60 Double Unders
