Partner Workout!
For Time:
30 Wall Ball Sit Up Toss (each person does 30)
Then...
10 rounds
Partner 1 does 10 Wall Balls (20/14#)
Partner 2 Is 150ft from the speed bump waiting...
Partner 1 sprints WITH BALL to partner 2 for hand off...
Partner 2 Sprints in with ball and does 10 wall balls
each partner ends up doing 5 rounds of wall balls
3...2...1...GO!!
