Warm Up:
2 Rounds for time of:
Row 300m
5 Thrusters (45/35#)
10 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups 

WOD:
"Fran Your Way"
For Time:
45 Thrusters (95/65#)
45 Pull Ups 
**Break this up any way you want to. What's the fastest way YOU can complete this workout! Good luck! 

Core:
Once you get oxygen back in your lungs, we will be hitting those abs! 



**Recoil Family Hike is THIS SATURDAY at Eaton Canyon! We will meet at the gym at 7am if you want to caravan, or meet us at EATON CANYON at 8:00am to hike! Everyone is welcome, should be fun and two waterfalls!
