Yoga/Mobility tonight 6pm! Recoil Hike Saturday! So many Fun ACTIVITIES! 

Warm Up:
 2 Rounds 
Run 200m
10 Back Ext
5 Strict Pull Ups 
10 Air Squats 

Lift:
Your choice! 15 min to work on any lift! Snatch, hang snatch
Front squat, back squat, bench, cleans! Just practice! 

WOD:
"Marston"
AMRAP in 20 min of:
1 Deadlift (405#)
10 Toes To Bar 
15 Bar Facing Burpees 
**Most will be scaling this DL weight, think about what your 1 rep max is

**Recoil Family Hike is THIS SATURDAY at Eaton Canyon! We will meet at the gym at 7am if you want to caravan, or meet us at EATON CANYON at 8:00am to hike! Everyone is welcome, should be fun and two waterfalls!
