Saturday is our Pumpkin WOD!! Bring your own pumpkin to the 8am class and let's get in the Halloween Spirit! You can wear your costume Saturday or Monday to be in the Costume Contest! We are picking Funniest, and most Creative! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Row 500m 
5 Burpees 
8 Jump Squats

Back Squat 5-8-10-8-5 (pause squat- 2 second hold)
set of 10 (155/115) 
Push Press: 5-10-10-10-5 (sets of 10 at 115/75#) feet cannot leave ground! 

3 Rounds for time of:
21 Power Snatch (95/65#)
15 Ball Slams (20/15#)
9 Handstand Push Ups
