Join Us tonight for yoga/mobility at 6pm! 

Warm Up:
Rowing Sprints 
5 rounds: 150m (anything over or under 150m you owe me in burpees :)

Hang Snatch 
2-2-2-2-2 (warm up will, then start sets of 2)

AMRAP in 20 min of:
30 Walking Lunges (total)
10 Push Ups 
15 Box Jumps (24/20")
10 DB Hang Snatch (35/25#) each arm 

**Tomorrow classes are ONLY 8am, 4pm, and 5pm Due to Veteran's Day!
