5 Good Mornings with PVC Pipe 
15 Back Ext 
10 KB Swings 

Lift:
Deadlifts: 10-5-3-1-1-1-3-5-10 
Work Up to a max in the middle if your feeling it

WOD:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Overhead Squats (95/65#)
Step Ups (holding 25/15# plate overhead)
