Get your ugly sweater ready for tomorrow morning! 8am! 
Warm Up:
Run 400m
2 Rounds 
10 Slam Balls (15/10#)
10 Walking Lunges (each leg)

EMOM for 16 Min 
Even min: 1 Deadlift, 1 Hang Clean, 3 Front Squats (you pick weight, should be challenging using 1 bar) 
Odd Min: 3 Strict Pull Ups or 5 Kipping 
*start with even movements on 3, 2, 1 go

Monday: December 26th Closed (at home workout will be posted) 
Tuesday-Thursday: 8am, 11:30am 4, 5, 6pm only 
Friday: Dec. 30 8am, 4, 5, 6pm only 
New Year's Eve: 8am only 
Monday January 2nd Closed (at home workout will be posted) 
Normal Schedule Return Tuesday January 3rd
