Warm Up:

10 Air Squats 
15 Sit Ups 
5 Burpees 

Back Squats 
2-2-2-2-2 Warm up.. and see what your 2 rep max is! 

AMRAP in 4 Min:
Run 400m
Remaining time:  Burpees 
                            Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)  
                           Deadlifts (135/95#)
                           Shoulder Press (45/35#)
