30 Second Plank Hold
30 Second Handstand Hold
2 Wall Climbs 

3 Rounds 
12 Split Leg Lunges (each leg) 
*Holding 20/15# DB's first set
**Holding 25/20# DB's second and third set 

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps of:
GHD Sit Ups 
Shoulder Press (95/65#)

**This workout will NOT be timed! Work on your depth and hip fire for the GHD, then your strength on the press!
