10 Shoulder Press

Skill:
Bar muscle up practice 3-3-3
Ring muscle up practice 5-5-5


WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
15 Toes to Bar
15 Deadlifts (185/135#)
15 Kettlebell Swings (53/44#)
