 (155/125#) (or as heavy as you can) 

Run 400m

AMRAP in 28 Min ?
(I'm up for suggestions from ppl who get to gym early tomorrow) 




***Monday from 4-7p come taste test some yummy food from "Beach City Grub" and shop some new ladies athletic tights from Lularoe! 
Then... Tuesday... Weight Loss Challenge Starts! Weigh in between 4-7pm. Challenge runs Jan 10th- Feb. 14 just in time for Valentine's Day :)
