Partner WOD!
E2MOM for 20 Min:
Partner 1: Rows or Bikes 12 Calories
Partner 2: 5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
**Partner 1 starts on row or bike while partner 2 rests. When P1 is done rowing or biking P2 will start into AMRAP. When 2 Minutes end, P2 starts rowing or biking immediately and when they are finished P1 starts their AMRAP. 10 Total rounds each partner doing 5 rounds. Score is how many AMRAPS you can complete!
