Warm Up:
Run 400m 
EMOM for 5 Min 
5 Burpees
5 Pull Ups 
10 Sit Ups 

Lift:
Power Clean 
2-2-2-2-2 
Work on getting under the bar and catching it on your shoulders! If you don't have great form, this will be time to work on it, and not a 2 rep max. (coaches decision)

WOD:
Here's a fun one...

7 Rounds for time of:
10 HandStand Push Ups 
2 Rope Climbs
