Run 200m
10 Push Ups

Lift:
Behind the neck push press 
This is new for us, we are practicing from and going light!

Pull Ups 
Burpees 
2 Min rest between each movement 

**February is almost over... :( good thing we have some fun stuff coming up in March! Miles for March is bringing back running club, and I see a 30 Day Burpee Challenge in our new future!
