Loving this warm weather! Running Club meeting 6:45 tomorrow for 2-4 miles (your choice) 
CrossFit Workout is at 8am! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
15 Kettlebell Swings (35/26#)
20 Sit Ups 
10 Leg Swings (each leg)
10 Squat Jumps 


WOD:
For time:
Run 1 Mile
Row 1000m
Run 1 Mile

Rest 2 Min 

40 Burpees 


**This isn't that bad... you can do it! Just pace yourself!
