Running Club I'll see you at 6:45am! Running club is for anyone and you can run as far as you are comfortable, come give it a try!!

Partners! 
Partner 1: Row 20 Calories 
Partner 2: Max Kettlebell Swings (53/25#)
Then Switch!
Repeat this with these movements:
Man Makers (30/20# DB's)
Knees to Elbows
Tire Flips 
V-Ups
