Anyone for some.... Thrusters!!!! :) 

Last CrossFit Open workout today! Great job to all who have kicked some butt on these rough WODS!
Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Run 200m
12 Air Squats (hold plate out in front 15/10#)
10 Burpees 
10 Calories on Bike 

Practice some double Unders and Warm up your Thruster! The warmer you are the better for this workout! 

10 Rounds for time:
9 Thrusters (95/65#)
35 Double Unders 
**There is a 40 min cap! Plenty of time to get all 10 done! :) 

**Last week for "Miles for March!" Better get to running!!! T-shirts are in and we have extras if you want to buy one! They are super cute and $15! 
**Yoga/Mobility is Thursday!
