Saturday

Last night was so fun!!! Great work to everyone who did 17.5! That looked brutal and we are SO looking forward to trying it on Monday! 



Running Club meeting at 6:45am 

CrossFit Workout at 8am! 
It will be a partner wod! Come in early and maybe we can change some of this around??
