Yoga/Mobility tonight at 6pm! This is a great way to help your body recover and get stronger! Just try it, I dare you :) 

Warm Up:
1 Mile Run (hey it counts toward your miles)
Stretch and PVC pass Thrus

Lift:
Overhead Squats 
10-8-5-3-3-3 
Work on form before adding any weight!

WOD:
3 Rounds 
150Ft Burpee Broad Jump 
9 Front Squats (115/75#)
15 Knees to Elbows 
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#) 


**March is here! Miles for March started yesterday! Tally up all the miles you run in March and see if you can win! Come early to class and run a mile for warm up, use your days off to get some miles under your belt, and anything in workouts count! Be apart of the $25 buy in and you will get a t-shrit! Winner will get remaining $$Pot after t-shirts are purchased! This is a HONEST competition, You are the only one who knows if you "really" run as much as you say. Don't cheat your friends!
