Warm Up:

20 Walking Lunges (20/15# DB's)
15 Plank to Push Up 

Stretch it out!!! 
Foam rollers and Lacrosse Balls 

6 Min to establish a 1 rep max Clean! (power or squat your choice) 

Rest 2 Min... Then 

With a running 9-minute clock
Goblet Squats (53lb/35lb)
Kettlebell (KB) Swings (American) (53lb/35lb)
Box Overs (24in male/20in female)
