Bikini Season is right around the corner... how's your diet?? And by "diet" we don't mean starve yourself for a week... Nutrition is a lifestyle... Cut back on sugar for 2 weeks and see how your body feels! 

Warm Up:

Broad jumps &a Sled pulls! 

Lift:
Practice Hang Power Snatch 

WOD:
3 ROUnds for time of:
150ft Bear Crawl 
10 Plyo Push Ups (25/15#)
6 Power Clean  (135/95#)

**Yoga/Mobility Tonight 6pm! Workout at 5, stretch it out at 6!
