It's Yoga/Mobility Night! Workout at 4 or 5pm then stretch it out at 6pm! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
10 Calories Assault Bike 
15 Air Squats 
5 Inch Worm to Push Up 

Stretch! 

Recovery day!

WOD:
For Time:
2 Mile Run (yes, you can do it, just walk/jog if you need to) 

Rest 3-5 min.

3 Rounds
15 Deadlifts (135/95#)
10 Pull Ups 


*Don't let the run scare you, you can break it up to 800's if you need!!
