Just get up and sweat it out! 
No running club due to rain :(  CrossFit workout 8am!

WOD:
100 FT Burpee Broad Jumps 
100 Ft Walking Lunges 
100 Wall Ball sit Ups (with partner)(20/15# slam ball) 
50 Push Ups 
100 Air Squats 
100 Burpees 
200 Mountain Climbers 
100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
Bear Crawl to end of building and back

*Work with partner, small amounts fast transition!
