Happy June! 
Yoga/Mobility Tonight at 6pm! Workout at 5 then stretch it out at 6pm! 

Warm Up:
Run 1 Mile 
2 Rounds 
10 Negative Push Ups (slowly)
10 Negative Pull Ups (even slower)

Lift:
Squat Time! 
Pistols 
5-5-5 (each leg) 
Back Squat 
10-8-8 
*2second pause squats 

WOD:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Overhead Walking Lunges (plate 45/25#) each leg
Floor Wipers (holding deadlift bar)
Deadlifts (135/95#)
