Warm Up:
400m Run 
EMOM for 5 Min 
5 Burpees 
20 Mountain Climbers

10- 1 min rounds 
3 Thrusters (135/95#)
60 Yard Shuttle Sprint
Max Pull Ups in remaining minute

*Rest 2 Min between each round, score is total pull ups 
**This is a main page workout and Thruster weight was prescribed at (185/135#) Find a weight that challenges you but you can do 3 reps of. Shuttle sprint goes out 5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards. Your goal is to have approx. 20 seconds on the pull up bar!
