Yeah it's Friday! Nikki is coaching morning classes today! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
20 Double Unders
1 Min Plank Hold
10 V-Ups 

As always Friday is open gym! You are welcome to create your own workout or just lift! There is a suggested workout below if no rules gives your anxiety 😑

AMRAP in 15 Min of:
2 Plyo Push Ups
20 Overhead Walking Lunges (25/15#)
2 Knee To Elbow 

**Increase reps by 2 on push ups and Knee 2 elbow each round! 

**Running Club meeting 6:45am tomorrow, then CrossFit WOD at 8am!
