Running Club meeting 6:45am! 

Today is a special day... Coach Rob and Laura are 1/2 way to Baby Parker Coming and want to share the happiness with their Recoil Family!!! Join us at 8am for a fun workout they created to share how poor Laura feels during workouts!  Can't be easy working out while creating a baby inside you!!! 


WOD:
"20 Weeks and a few extra Pounds"
Buy In 200 Double Unders
5 Rounds 
20 Wall Balls (20/14#)
20 Burpee Pull Ups 
20 Wall Ball Sit Ups (25/15#)
Run 200m (carrying 25/15# plate)
** you can make this a partner workout, team must hold 25/15# plate off ground the entire workout!
