time to get back to work! Normal schedule for the rest of the week!

Warm Up:
5 100m Sprints on rower
*Rest 20 seconds between each round and try to beat your time each one! 
3 Rounds 
1 Min Plank 
45 Second Hang from Pull Up Bar 

3 Rope Climbs 
10 Toes To Bar 
21 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25# plate)
Run 400m

**Yoga/Mobility tomorrow night 6pm!
