Nikki and Casie are running a 1/2 marathon tomorrow morning in Canada! We think running club should meet without us and run at least 5 miles for moral support! 😊

Run 1 Mile
1. Make up a workout you missed this week
2. Practice a lift you've been dying to get better at
3. Go run a 5k (set a timer)
4. Create your own workout using 2 movements you love and 1 you hate :)
**Did you know swimming is great for mobility, recovery, endurance, and much much more! Have access to a pool?? Get in and some laps once a week to help your overall training! Pearl has been learning and just loves it! :)
