WOD:
You can pick:
1. Run 5k
a. Go for all 3 miles and give it a whirl
b. Break it up and run 1 Mile at a time
2. Row 5k
That's 5000m :) Have a seat, set the rower to count down, and enjoy!
3. Assault Bike
300 Calories
a. Straight thru, but I think you are nuts
b. Sets of 100 calories and take a little walk around the gym in between to wake your tush up!
**As a coach I'd like to know your 5k time. I understand physical limitations so I have listed other options. Do not skip today, CrossFit is "constantly varied functional movements" come give it your best!
