Warm Up:

20 Double Unders
10 Wall Balls (14/10#)
10 Kettlebell Swings (35/26#)


Lift:
Power Snatch Practice
5-5-5-5-5-5
**Work on popping weight up with core/hips and getting under the bar!

WOD:
AMRAP in 15 min of:
14 Walking Lunges 
2 Man Makers (3020#)
*Increase reps in man makers each rnd :)
