Reminder No Yoga/mobility this week, but we will be back on next Thursday 6pm! 

Warm Up:

30 Sit Ups 


Skill:
Hand Stand Push Ups! 
5-5-5-5-5 
*If you can do kipping then work on strict for the first 2 Rounds 


WOD:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Toes to Bar
Hang Cleans (125/85#)
Burpees 

*What does your family do on vacation?? Mine practices headstands! 

**Saturday's workout is a breakfast run/bike/walk! Leaving Recoil 7:30 am and headed to Schooner or Later! Run there and we get a ride home! Everyone is welcome to meet there for breakfast about 8:45am! 
*Monday is Labor Day! We will have 8am class only!
