Skill:
Sledge Hammer Stikes on Tire 
10-10-10-10 (each arm)


WOD:

Buy in 40 GHD Sit Ups 
3 Rounds for time of:
Run 400m
15 Pull Ups 
200ft Sled Pull 
15 Tire Flips 
Buy out 40 Burpees
