Warm Up:
Row 800m
Foam Roll Quads 
Foam Roll Hamstrings 
2 Rounds 
10 Leg Swings (each leg)
20 Double Unders 
10 Push Ups 
20 Mountain Climbers 


Skill:
Ring Dips! 
Practice Dips on bars if you aren't great at them... 
then let's try the rings... grab a band! 


WOD:
2 Rounds of:
Max Reps in 1 Min 
Double Unders
Burpees 
Sit Ups 
Dumbbell Power Snatches (35/25#)
**Rest 1 Min then we are doing it again!
