Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
10 Burpees 
12 Air Squats 
15 Sit Ups 

Lift: (The focus of today's workout)
Overhead Squat 5-5-5 
Snatch Balance 3-3-3
Hang Squat Snatch 1-1-1 


WOD:
AMRAP in 12 Min 
3 Chest to Bar Pull Ups 
6 Deadlifts (185/135#)
9 Bar Facing Burpees
