If you have your rope climb, let's try legless :) 


WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
2 Rope Climbs 
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
15 Kettlebell Siwngs (53/35#)
20 Gobblett Squats (kb 53/35#)


**Don't forget the body fat challenge is on NOW! We have until November 13th to get those numbers down! Eat healthy, work hard, and get your butt to the gym as much as possible!
